We found many good resources to start learning about Creation Care, individually or in a group setting.  
The encyclical itself, Laudato Si’, brings together Scripture, Church teachings, the writings of saints like St Francis and St Thomas Aquinas, and commentary on our current world situation.  It’s an excellent place to start, either in its full form, or one of the many fine summaries of it.
